A proud graduate of Pierce County High School (Class of 2005) and Waycross College (now South Georgia State College, Class of 2011), she holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration.
In 2014, Phylicia founded Brilliant Business Associates, LLC, a company dedicated to providing high-quality business and financial services with excellence and integrity. She is also the owner of AdminTax, LLC, where she offers professional tax and administrative support to individuals and small businesses.
Currently a Junior at Valdosta State University, Phylicia is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Office Administration and Technology to further expand her expertise.
Beyond her professional achievements, Phylicia is a devoted wife to Michael Duncan and a loving mother to three children: MJ, Harmony, and Micaiah. Her dedication to faith, family, and continuous growth reflects her commitment to excellence in every area of life.
