About Us
Victorious Living Bible Institute, Inc. (VLBI) is a nondenominational Bible college affiliated with the Christian Bible Institute and Seminary. Based in Waycross, Georgia, VLBI operates under the Christian Education Department of The Upper Room Outreach Ministries, Inc. Since its founding on July 25, 2017, by Dr. Renae Sellers and Samuel Sellers, VLBI has been committed to equipping believers through sound biblical education.
The institute began in January 2018 with in-person and conference call classes. Dr. Renae Sellers' vision for accessible and transformative teaching quickly became reality through the support of her husband and church community.
