Victorious Living Bible Institute offers Christian counseling services through The Upper Room Outreach Ministries, a faith-based initiative designed to support individuals, couples, and families in their journey toward emotional and spiritual wholeness. These services are offered in accordance with state guidelines and are not a substitute for licensed mental health care.

Pre-Marital Counseling

Prepare for more than just the wedding—build a marriage that lasts.

Our pre-marital counseling utilizes the SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) Assessment, a trusted and research-based tool that helps couples:

  • Uncover common misbeliefs about marriage

  • Improve communication and mutual understanding

  • Learn how to reduce and resolve conflict

  • Build unity in financial decision-making

  • Strengthen emotional and physical intimacy

  • Identify the building blocks of lasting love

  • Grow together as spiritual partners and “soul mates”

Pastoral Counseling

(For Individuals, Marriages, and Families)

Our pastoral counseling sessions focus on emotional resilience and spiritual growth. Whether you’re facing personal challenges, marital issues, or family conflict, we work with you to pursue:

  • Emotional and spiritual healing

  • Freedom from harmful thoughts and patterns

  • A victorious, Christ-centered life

When appropriate, sessions may include the SYMBIS+ Assessment for deeper insight and relationship guidance.

About Dr. Renae Sellers

Dr. Renae Sellers is a Board Certified Pastoral and Christian Counselor, serving through The Upper Room Outreach Ministries. She brings extensive experience in supporting individuals, couples, and families through a biblical and faith-based approach to emotional and relational wellness.

She holds an Associate of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a specialization in Christian Counseling. Dr. Sellers is also a Certified Anger Management Specialist–I, has received training in addiction counseling, and previously served as a Mental Health First Aid instructor. Her graduate studies are in theology.

With a strong foundation in both mental health and Christian education, Dr. Sellers offers compassionate, Christ-centered care to those seeking growth, healing, and victory through faith.
