Victorious Living Bible Institute is proud to announce the Leadership Excellence Scholarship, an initiative to recognize and support individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and a commitment to making a meaningful impact for Jesus Christ.

Scholarship Details
This scholarship is designed to:

  • Empower emerging Christian leaders.
  • Provide financial assistance for tuition and fees at VLBI.
  • Encourage the development of Christ-centered leadership skills.

APPLY FOR ADMISSION! Married couples receive 10% off the cost of tuition when enrolling together in our undergraduate program.

  1. Enrollment Process:

    • To enroll in our certificate, diploma, or degree programs, please complete the Online Application provided below.

  2. Admissions Communication:

    • Once your application is received, our admissions team will contact you to discuss the next steps in the enrollment process.

  3. Admission Letter and Tuition Requirements:

    • Upon acceptance as a student, you will receive an official admission letter outlining your tuition requirements.

  4. Refund Policy:

    • In the rare event that you are not accepted as a student, we will promptly refund your enrollment fee. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.

Matriculation Fees: 

                 Application Fee: $50.00 (Non-refundable)

                 Enrollment Fee: $125.00 for Degree Programs; $75.00 for Diploma/Certificate Programs

Additional Fees: 

      Master's Thesis: $600.00

      Reinstatement Fee: $150.00

      Insufficient Funds Fee: $25.00 per check 

      Transcript Fee: $25.00 (each after one gratis) 

      Degree Replacement: $75.00

      Graduation Fee: $125.00 (Degree Students); $50.00 (Certificate/Diploma Students)

      L.E.A.P. Life Experience Assessment Portfolio: $300.00

      Life Experience Credit: $13.33 per credit 

      Bible Knowledge Equivalency Exam Fee: $100.00

      Replacement Student ID Card: $20.00
