Dr. Lorna Burch is a preacher of the Gospel, author, certified coach, and ministry leader passionate about developing people, strengthening families, and advancing the Kingdom of God. Alongside her husband, Dr. Raymond Burch, she provided leadership and oversight to 60 Church of God congregations in New Jersey and now serves with Church of God World Missions.

Dr. Burch holds doctoral credentials in Ministry and Theology, an Executive Leadership Nano-Degree, and certifications in Marriage and Family Counseling, Marriage Dynamics, and coaching through Dream Releaser Coaching. Through Leading Ladies Coaching, she equips women in leadership and ministry to embrace their unique influence, navigate the complexities of their calling, and find balance among ministry, family, and personal growth.
