Heavenly Father,
We come before You with heavy hearts for those affected by Hurricane Helene. Lord, You see the mental and emotional toll this storm has taken on so many lives. We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their hearts and minds. Calm their anxious thoughts, lift the weight of fear and despair, and replace it with Your hope.
Lord, be with those who feel overwhelmed, lost, or broken. Surround them with Your love and the support of others who will uplift and encourage them. Help them to rest in Your promises, knowing that You are with them through every storm.
We ask for healing for the trauma they’ve experienced and wisdom for those helping them recover. Renew their strength, Lord, and give them the courage to take one step at a time towards restoration. May they know that You are their refuge and strength; a very present help in troubled times.
