Enrollment in classes is a financial commitment. VLBI receives payments by Visa, MasterCard, PayPay, Money Order, or Cashier's Check. If you are paying by bank check, Please indicate who the student is and their email address. Make all checks and or money orders payable to Victorious Living Bible Institute.
VLBI requires that all fees and tuition be paid in full at the time of enrollment. However, if an installment plan is needed, one of four payment plans are currently available. Should a payment plan be selected, the student becomes liable for the full amount. All tuition must be paid in full prior to receiving diploma. Additionally, some of our plans have a down payment involved, therefore, it is vital to be sure of your committment prior to enrollment. The purpose for this policy is that we are a low margin, not-for-profit entity and we utilize funds as they are received for the purpose of operating the organization.
REFUND POLICY: A student may withdraw from a diploma or degree program at any time. However, VLBI request that this be confirmed in writing. VLBI has a NO REFUND policy. All payments are non-refundable upon enrollment in one of our certificate, diploma, or degree programs.

L.E.A.P. - Life Experience Assessment Portfolio: $300.00
Life Experience Credit: $13.33 Per Credit
Bible Knowledge Equivalency Exam: $100.00
Transcript Fee: $15.00 each after one gratis (Download Request for Transcript)
Degree Replacement: $75.00
Technology Fee: $10.00 per course*
Reinstatement Fee: $150.00
Graduation Fee: $125.00 (degree programs) and $50 (certificate/diploma programs)
*The technology fee is added to student acccount and covers the cost of services needed to be a successful online student.
